The BRTA Service Portal (BSP) is an online tool for BRTA services. Anyone can apply for a learner driving license, smart card driving license, renewal of a driving license, duplicate driving license, etc. Those services can also be paid for.

Fitness Certificate Appointment Process
The Dhaka Metro Circle-1 in Mirpur (including the Bangladesh Secretariat), the Dhaka Metro Circle-2 in Ikuria, the Dhaka Metro Circle-3 in Uttara, Diabari and Dhaka, Narsingdi, Tangail, Kishoreganj, Rajbari, Madaripur, Shariatpur, Gopalganj and Faridpur district circles require online appointments to renew fitness certificates. In order to get an inspection schedule, you must bring your motor vehicle to the circle office on time.
