A virtual channel for mapping client drives:
A client drive mapping (CDM) allows the use of plug-and-play storage devices. The user device can copy and paste documents between the session and mass storage devices (such as pen drives).
Virtual Channel for Location and Sensors:
The virtual channel allows Workspace to forward sensor information to server-based applications. A 3D-modelling application can use accelerometer data to drive the model, ambient light level can be used to control the brightness of the screen, and location can be used to alter the behavior of the application.

Citrix Ready workspace hub support:
The Citrix Ready workspace hub is based on the Raspberry Pi 3 platform and provides a secure connection to authorized apps and data. As an experimental feature, the Citrix Workspace app for Android supports user authentication to Citrix Ready workspace hubs. Casting sessions to a hub is possible for authenticated users. Default settings disable the feature.
Note: Location permission is required to use Citrix Ready workspace hub experimental features. The permission can be denied if there are no workspace hubs.

The Citrix accessibility service must be enabled in order for Citrix Workspace app sessions to function smoothly. Our website does not collect any personal information from users. Virtual sessions can be enabled with gesture passthrough and touch passthrough using this service.
