Navigation between NANDA/NOC, NANDA/NIC, NOC/NIC, NOC/NANDA, NIC/NANDA, NIC/NOC, has been derived from existing relationships in NIC with NANDA, NOC with NANDA, and Links books.
NIC 6th edition Interventions associated with real diagnoses considered Main, Suggested and Optional in NANDA navigation, may be duplicated in the Links book 3rd edition with respect to Associated with Related Factors. In the 6th edition, neither the new Department of Education nor the new National Information Centers do not exhibit this phenomenon. We chose to keep this information in our databases so that we can expand the search options.
A similar phenomenon occurs when the Risk DoE navigates NANDA with NIC, as the Interventions considered Main, Suggested and Optional are determined by the relationships between NIC and NANDA as a result of the sixth edition of NIC. The 3rd edition of Links contains some of them which appear duplicated since they coincide with those Associated with Risk Factors. There is no such phenomenon with the new Department of Education or the new NICs incorporated into the 6th edition. Because the information expands the search possibilities, we have decided not to lose it in our databases.
NANDA-I book news (2015-2017)
Several new diagnoses have been incorporated into this edition, ranging from code 231 to 251 and from 253 to 257, both inclusive. Codes 189 to 192 and 252 are not assigned any diagnoses.
Meanwhile, 7 diagnoses have been eliminated, whose codes are 1, 3, 50, 101, 111, 127, and 186.
The Links book has news
Provides links between NOCs and NICs and medical diagnoses, as a novelty
Real Diagnoses lists NIC Interventions associated with Related Factors alphabetically. The interventions are not related to specific related factors.
Risk Diagnoses in the new Links book do not link NOC Results or NIC Interventions to each risk factor; they only appear alphabetically.

The 6th edition of the NIC incorporates once again its relations with NANDA. This information had disappeared from the previous edition.
