PS Remote Play allows you to access your PS5TM or PS4TM from anywhere.
You can use PS Remote Play to:
- The PlayStation5 or PlayStation4 screen will appear on your mobile device.
- On your mobile device, use the on-screen controller to control your PS5 or PS4.
- Mobile devices with Android 10 or later can use the DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller.
- DualSenseTM wireless controller is compatible with Android 12 or later mobile devices.
- DualSense EdgeTM wireless controllers work with Android devices running version 14 or later.
- You can join voice chats on your mobile device by using the microphone.
- Text can be entered on your PS5 or PS4 using your mobile device's keyboard.
This app requires the following:
- Android 9 or later is required for mobile devices
- PS5 or PS4 consoles with the latest system software
- The PlayStation Network account
- Having a fast and stable internet connection
Mobile data usage:
- You may not be able to use Remote Play depending on your carrier and network conditions.
- The Remote Play service uses a lot more data than most video streaming services. Data charges may apply.
Verified devices:
- Pixel 7 series from Google
- Series of Google Pixel 6 phones
- The Pixel 5 series from Google
How to use your controller:
- The DUALSHOCK 4 wireless controller is compatible with Android 10 or later. (For Android 10 and 11 supported devices, use the on-screen controller)
- The DualSense wireless controller works with mobile devices running Android 12 or later.
- DualSense Edge wireless controllers are compatible with Android 14 or later devices.
Note:
- A device that is not verified may not be able to run this app properly.
- You may not be able to play some games with this app.
- You may notice that your gaming controller vibrates differently from that of your PS5 or PS4 console when playing.
- You might experience input lag when using your wireless controller depending on your mobile device's performance.
