Quick Access / Quick Balance
You can view your account balance and perform transactions up to RM 1,000 a day using Fingerprint / Touch ID / Face ID
PB SecureSign
An easy and secure way to authenticate transactions with biometric recognition or six-digit SecurePINs.
Multilingual
Choose from English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Simplified Chinese for the languages of the app.
Quick Balance
Fingerprint login allows you to view your account balances.
Account Summary
Real-time account summaries/details are available.
DuitNow
Instead of banking account numbers, you can send funds instantly to your recipients using DuitNow ID (e.g. mobile number, NRIC, passport number, army/police ID, or business registration number).
Transfer
The Intrabank and Instant Transfer services allow you to transfer funds in real-time or at a future date to your favorite and other accounts.
Payment
Get real-time or future-dated payments to your favorite accounts, including Bills, Cards, and Loans/Financing.
Prepaid Top-Up
Prepaid mobile numbers can be reloaded on the go.
DuitNow QR
Scan the QR code of participating DuitNow QR merchants to pay them. Activate by selecting your preferred account and setting a daily payment limit.
Settings
Your profile can be customized by uploading a profile picture or choosing a theme.
The ability to manage your own devices that were activated with Quick Balance, DuitNow QR, or delinked.
PB engage will request permission for the following:
- Quick Balance and DuitNow QR authorization require your fingerprint.
- Your camera/photo will be used to personalize your profile and scan your QR code with DuitNow.
- Device binding and profile personalization require access to your storage.
- Location access for device authentication and security.
- The ability to select your contacts when performing DuitNow or Prepaid Top-Up from your contact directory.
The PB engage service is available only to retail customers of Public Bank Berhad and Public Islamic Bank Berhad in Malaysia.
