The goal of Super Meat Boy is to save his girlfriend (who happens to be made of bandages) from an evil fetus in a jar wearing a tux he possesses.
As our meaty hero leaps from walls, over buzz saw waves, through crumbling caves, and through pools of old needles, he sacrifices his own well-being to save his damsel.
