North Sumatra New Student Admission (PPDB) for the 2023/2024 Academic Year
Before the implementation of the early-year learning process in the Education Unit begins, what is carried out by the Education Unit is the Acceptance of New Students' activities, hereinafter abbreviated as PPDB. PPDB in High School Education Units, Vocational High School Education Units, Special Education Units, and Special Education Services is the authority and responsibility of the Provincial Government. PPDB registration is carried out through the following routes:
Selection / Path Affirmation
The Affirmation Track is intended for prospective new students at the SMA/SMK level who come from underprivileged families and persons with disabilities.
Selection/Parent/Guardian Assignment Transfer Path
Selection/path Transfer of Parent/Guardian Assignments is intended for prospective new SMK/SMA students, consisting of Moving Assignments of Parents/Guardians, Children of Teachers/Educational Personnel
Selection / Achievement Pathway
The selection / Achievement Track for SMA consists of
- Semester 1st to 5th Grade Report Card Results
- Achievement Track Academic Competition Results
- Achievement Track Non-Academic Competition Results
The selection / Achievement Path for SMK consists of
- Achievement Selection Results of Academic Competitions; and
- Selection of Non-Academic Competition Results Achievements.
Domicile Distance Selection
The Domicile Distance Selection is intended for prospective new SMK students who prioritize the distance of domicile to the destination school based on the address on the family card issued at least 1 (one) year before the registration date for PPDB SMK for the 2023/2024 Academic Year
Selection of Achievement Score Report Card
The Selection of Report Card Achievements is intended for prospective new SMK students whose scoring system is the total average grade of SMP/equivalent report cards from semester 1 to semester 5 with a weight of 70% (seventy percent) plus the school accreditation score from SMP/equivalent with a weight 30% (thirty percent)
Zoning Line
The Zoning Path is intended for prospective new high school students who prioritize the closest domicile distance to the destination school based on the address on the family card issued at least 1 (one) year before the registration date for PPDB SMA for 2023/2024
