Can I edit my character id and name in-game?
Click the Open App button and choose the game you wish to play (Esports Mobile, Free Fire, etc.).
The entry you wish to edit can be accessed by clicking on the match you joined.
At the bottom left of the Match Details screen, you will see the MY ENTRIES option. Click it and your entries for that match will be displayed.
Select your entry you want to edit by clicking the pencil or edit icon next to it.
The pop-up will allow you to edit your In-Game Name and ID. Once done, simply click SUBMIT and your changes will be saved.

Why was I removed from the room?
BattleOP Gaming tournaments require players to have an ID with a level of at least 40, headshot percentage of at least 28, and to have played at least 50 matches in most seasons, as well as the map mentioned above (sanhok,miramar,vikendi) must be downloaded.
Where can I find the room ID and password?
Esports Mobile, Free Fire, etc., provide room IDs and passwords inside the app. Just open the app and scroll down to the match you participated in, click on it, and you will receive the room ID and password before the match begins.
How to find my Esports username and character id?
Your Esports username can be found below your Esports profile pic. On the upper side of your profile pic, you will see a 9-10 digit code that represents your character.
Do my friends have the option of joining me in a room?
It is possible to play in a match with your friends in the same team. You must make sure that you and your friends register for the same match, and when the Room ID and Password are shared, make sure you and all your friends join the room and select the same team.
A match can have multiple entries. How do I do that?
The same BattleOP account allows you to register more than one entry. First, register one entry for a match, and then you will have the option of adding more entries. You can add more entries by using this option (+ Join). In this way, you can register multiple entries in the same match at the same time.
Can I cancel an entry?
The BattleOP website does provide an option to cancel an entry into any match and get a refund. However, this option must be used prior to 60 minutes before The Match Starts. To cancel an entry, please follow the steps below.
You can select a game from the app (for example, Esports Mobile or Free Fire).
You can cancel an entry in a Match you have joined by clicking on it.
You will be in the Match Details Screen. At the bottom left side, you will see MY ENTRIES Option. Click on it and your entries to that match will be listed. Click on the ( × ) option beside the entry you want to delete. Youw get instant refund for the match entry in your BattleOP Wallet.
Can you tell me why my account has been suspended?
You will not be able to recover your account if you violated the terms and conditions or gameplay rules. If so, you will lose all the balance in your account. Make sure to strictly follow the fair play policy and gameplay rules.
