HOW IT WORKS?
- When you receive a hidden call, you must reject it once you have registered and configured Whooming.
- Your Whooming call log will display the telephone number of the person who called you with the hidden number within a few seconds.
- The procedure for taking a hidden phone number test requires prefixing your phone number with # # # (if you are using a smartphone) or # 67 # (if you are using a landline).
- With Whooming, only blocked calls received after the app installation will appear in the list of rejected calls.
- Initially, some smartphones ask permission to access your contact list and show the app notifications. Click "Allow" to consent to Whooming's full functionality.
- An anonymous caller who hangs up before receiving the busy signal cannot be identified, since there was no time to divert the call to our servers.
- Check your phone credit. Whooping is free, as is forwarding a call, but some operators require that the phone credit be maintained before forwarding a call. We suggest that you always have at least one euro available for forwarding.
- You can check the "busy diversion" by typing # 67 x 11.
- Whooming allows you to register multiple phone numbers.
- Rejecting the anonymous call doesn't require an Internet connection, but accessing the app's features (including the call list) does.
