Synopsis
During the story, nature and civilization are living in harmony in a city called "Nigoo City.".
The protagonist learns of the existence of a kamen rider who lost his memories due to the human body modifications performed by chaos.
The main character inherits his father's role as an agent who supports Kamen Rider.
A battle begins between 16 Kamen Riders of different ages, occupations, and beliefs to change their "predetermined destiny" and restore their memories.

With Kamen Riders, you can interact with citizens and create "episodes."
As you advance through the investigation, the strength of the "Chao Stone" you eventually obtain will change. Repeat the investigation until you have the "Chao Stone" that matches your Kamen Rider.
Battle
A battle where you can demonstrate the power of your "Chao Stones" acquired through research!
With automatic skills activation, there is no need for complicated operations during play.
With special moves that highlight each Kamen Rider's individuality, you can defeat your enemies.
Base
The "Masked Cafe" is open as a hideout for "Agent", where we can interact with Kamen Riders.
Stories, voices, etc., can be unlocked by interacting with them and raising their affinity level.
