Control Island is a new island system created to enhance the use of your phone or tablet. It is similar to Dynamic Island but with enhanced features!
With Control Island, you can create multiple shortcuts that can be accessed directly through the front camera's punch hole.
The shortcuts are as follows:
- The home screen will appear
- Action to start backup
- Start power menu
- Take a screenshot
- Lock the screen
- Start the camera
- Turn on flashlight
Furthermore, some notifications can be displayed from the punch hole of Dynamic Island:
- Low battery
- Battery is charging
- Music player
Two high-level permissions are required to run the application:
- Accessibility permission: Requires access to the touch events in the status bar and the start of several shortcuts.
- Music notification permission: used to display media player when music is playing.
